Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for your order arriving damaged. Due to the nature of our fragile products, it is always a possibility, but it is a very rare occurrence here at the Super Duper Candle Company due to our extensive protective packaging measures.
We offer a full refund (or replacement if available) for any items within your order that arrive damaged. Please send us an email to let us know, and attach photos of the damaged items and the condition of the delivery box.
Please include photos of: the damaged item, the protective packaging around the item, the interior of the delivery box, the exterior of the delivery box.

DPD’s comprehensive tracking shows you where your order is at every stage of delivery. You can even divert your parcel to a neighbour or safe place as well as many more features which are all listed on the DPD tracking page.
Orders placed using the Economy Untracked (Royal Mail) service do not have any tracking information but show on the system when they have been delivered.
Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies if your order is late. We do everything we can to get your candles out to you as quickly as possible, but we rely on our delivery partners Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce & Hermes to complete the delivery, and they can sometimes have delays in their delivery systems.
How to work out your expected delivery date: For example, if you ordered on Friday 11th June 2021, and chose Standard Untracked delivery (4-5 working days) at checkout, your order should arrive between Thursday 17th and Friday 18th June 2021. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If it has been longer than the specified delivery timeframe estimate, please do get in touch so we can find out more information from the courier, no one likes late deliveries!
