Orders & Tracking

We are more than happy to accommodate amendments or cancellations of orders. This is only possible if your order has not already been dispatched. In order to accommodate your request, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Please contact us if you wish to edit/cancel your order. We’re more than happy to help. :)

If you chose DHL delivery at checkout, you can track your order via our order tracking page once your order has been collected by DHL.

Orders placed using the Standard Untracked (Royal Mail) service do not have any tracking information but show on the system when they have been delivered.

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies if your order is late. We do everything we can to get your candles out to you as quickly as possible, but we rely on our delivery partners: Royal Mail, DHL, Parcelforce & Hermes to complete the delivery, and they can sometimes have delays in their delivery systems.

How to work out your expected delivery date: For example, if you ordered on a Friday, and delivery takes 5 working days, your order should arrive on/by the following Friday. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

If it has been longer than the specified delivery timeframe estimate, please do get in touch so we can find out more information from the courier, no one likes late deliveries!

To place an order, simply browse our store, add items to your cart, check out, enter your details and BAM! You're done. Pretty convenient, right?

If you experience any issues with the ordering/checkout system, please let us know right away.

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for your order arriving damaged. Due to the nature of our fragile products, it is always a possibility, but it is a very rare occurrence here at the Super Duper Candle Company due to our extensive protective packaging measures.

We offer a refund (or replacement if available) for any items within your order that arrive damaged. Please send us an email to let us know, and attach photos as described below:

Please include photos of: the damaged item, the protective packaging around the item, the interior of the delivery box, the exterior of the delivery box. The more photos the better!

We don’t currently have a business structure that would support wholesale supply orders, unfortunately.
