We pride ourselves on our luxury order experience, from the moment you visit our site to when your candles arrive at your doorstep. We operate quality control checks at every stage of the order process to ensure that your candles, the complimentary tissue wrapping, the packaging and everything inbetween is perfect.

My name is Elliot and I'm the CEO. Alicia & I worked together as Co-Founders to start the business as student entrepreneurs. We were keen to put academic theory into practice as we were studying for our A Levels at the time of starting the business.

We opened in January 2020 as a small entrepreneurial venture, after struggling to find a reliable, trustworthy and luxury source for candles. We were completely astonished and overwhelmed by the success and how well our sales grew month by month! We are passionate about our business and have loved reading such positive feedback from you all on Trustpilot.

Customer service is our number one priority, and so we always aim to reply as promptly as possible. If you do have any questions about our products, an order or anything else, please do get in touch - we are always happy to help. We also operate our live chat from time to time, which is accessible via the floating button in the bottom right corner.

We take our sustainability responsibilities very seriously. We use recyclablele cardboard boxes, 100% recycled FSC packaging paper and sustainably sourced, acid free tissue paper within the packaging process. We have also partnered with DPD to provide delivery for our medium-large orders, as they are the UK's most sustainable delivery company.

Our business journey started just before the world was turned upside by the Coronavirus Pandemic. As a small business, we don't have as much margin to offer discounts, but felt that it was important to give back to those working on the front line in the fight against the virus, and so we introduced an offer for NHS, Social Care, Emergency Services & Armed Forces staff through the Blue Light Card scheme.
